1. Overview

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the GoalTrip 2026 platform ("Service", "Platform", "we", "us") operated by GoalTrip Ltd. By accessing or using the Platform, creating an account, or placing a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use this Platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone who accesses or uses our Service.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.

2. Nature of Service

GoalTrip 2026 is an independent booking assistance and concierge service. We help users identify, research, and request bookings for match tickets, hotels, flights, and match-day extras related to the FIFA World Cup 2026.

• We are not an official FIFA ticketing partner or authorised reseller.
• We are not an IATA-certified travel agent or airline booking system.
• We are not a hotel chain or accommodation provider.
• Ticket and service availability is subject to third-party stock and cannot be guaranteed until a booking is confirmed in writing by our team.
• Prices displayed are indicative and may change until a booking is formally confirmed.

Our service acts as an intermediary. Once your booking is submitted and payment verified, we coordinate with our supply partners to fulfil your order. All fulfilment is subject to availability at the time of processing.

3. Bookings

All bookings made through GoalTrip are requests until confirmed in writing (via email) by our team. Submission of a booking form and payment does not constitute a guaranteed booking.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to place a booking.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when making a booking.
• Bookings are personal and non-transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or misuse.
• You are responsible for ensuring you hold valid travel documents (passport, visa) required for entry to the host country.
• Match schedules are determined by FIFA and are subject to change. GoalTrip bears no responsibility for schedule changes, postponements, or cancellations made by FIFA or host venue operators.

4. Payments

All prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. GoalTrip accepts the following payment methods:

• Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) — subject to a 2.5% processing fee
• Bank transfer (SWIFT / SEPA / domestic) — no processing fee
• Cryptocurrency — subject to blockchain network fees paid by the sender
• Apple Pay and Google Pay — subject to a 2.5% processing fee

Payment must be completed in full before a booking is confirmed. Partial payments are not accepted unless a formal instalment agreement has been issued by GoalTrip in writing.

Processing fees, where applicable, are non-refundable under all circumstances.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the nature of event ticketing and pre-arranged travel, all confirmed bookings are generally non-refundable. The following exceptions and conditions apply:

• Match Cancellation by FIFA: If a match for which you hold tickets is cancelled and not rescheduled, we will work with our supply partners to obtain a refund or suitable alternative. This process may take up to 90 days.
• Hotel Bookings: Cancellation policies vary by property. The applicable policy will be stated on your booking confirmation. Cancellations outside the free-cancellation window will incur charges.
• Flight Bookings: Subject to the airline's own cancellation and refund policy. GoalTrip service fees are non-refundable.
• Extras and Add-ons: Non-refundable once confirmed unless the associated event is cancelled.
• Processing Fees: Non-refundable under all circumstances.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@goaltrip.com with your booking reference. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

6. Cryptocurrency Payments

GoalTrip accepts cryptocurrency payments for all bookings. By paying with cryptocurrency you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Exchange rates are fixed at the time your payment window is opened (30-minute window). Rate fluctuations after this window may require a top-up or result in an adjustment.
• You must send the exact amount specified, in the exact cryptocurrency to the wallet address provided. Incorrect amounts or wrong networks may result in permanent loss of funds.
• GoalTrip is not responsible for funds sent to incorrect wallet addresses provided by the user, or for errors arising from the wrong blockchain network being used.
• Cryptocurrency payments are subject to manual verification by our team, which may take 1–4 hours depending on network confirmation times.
• In the event of a refund, cryptocurrency refunds will be processed at the exchange rate at the time of refund, not the original payment rate. GoalTrip bears no liability for exchange rate losses.
• All on-chain transaction records are final and binding. Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GoalTrip and its directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this Platform or any booking made through it.

GoalTrip's total liability in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific booking giving rise to the claim.

We make no warranties, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. User Conduct

By using the Platform you agree not to:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information in any booking or account registration.
• Attempt to resell or commercially exploit tickets or bookings obtained through this Platform without written permission.
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its systems.
• Engage in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the functioning of the Platform.
• Impersonate any other person or entity.

Violation of these conduct rules may result in immediate account suspension and cancellation of all associated bookings without refund.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of GoalTrip Ltd or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any Platform content without our express written permission. FIFA, World Cup, and related marks are trademarks of FIFA and their respective owners. GoalTrip makes no claim over these marks.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

We will never sell your personal data to third parties. We use your data solely to process bookings, communicate with you about your orders, and improve the Platform.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
