Tickets
Are you an official FIFA ticket seller? +
GoalTrip is an independent booking assistance service — we are not affiliated with FIFA or any official ticketing partner. We help you navigate the booking process and connect you with available seating options. Always verify ticket authenticity before attending any match.
How do I receive my tickets? +
Once your booking is confirmed and payment is processed, tickets are delivered electronically to your registered email address. For VIP packages, physical credentials may be posted to your address. Allow 3–5 business days for processing.
Can I get a refund on my tickets? +
Tickets are generally non-refundable once confirmed. In the event of a match cancellation or postponement by FIFA, we will work with you to find an appropriate resolution. Please review our Terms & Conditions for full refund policy details.
What is the difference between ticket categories? +
Standard tickets offer covered general seating. Premium tickets include lower-tier seating, priority entry, and complimentary hospitality. VIP tickets provide the best positions in the stadium, full hospitality dining, open bar access, and dedicated lounge areas throughout the match.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), bank transfers, and a range of cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin, Ethereum, and USDT. Visit our Payments page for the full list of accepted methods.
Is paying with cryptocurrency safe? +
Yes. All crypto transactions are processed through secure, audited smart contracts. You retain full control of your funds until payment is confirmed. We provide wallet addresses for each supported coin and a transaction receipt is issued on-chain upon confirmation.
Are there any hidden fees? +
No hidden fees. The price shown on your booking summary is the total you pay. Credit card processing fees may apply at checkout (typically 2–3%) and cryptocurrency network fees are paid by the sender at standard market rates.
Hotels & Travel
How far in advance should I book my hotel? +
We recommend booking accommodation as early as possible. Host cities like New York, Los Angeles, and Mexico City are expected to fill up quickly. Securing a hotel 3–6 months ahead of match dates is advisable for the best selection and pricing.
Do I need a visa to attend the World Cup? +
Visa requirements depend on your nationality and which host country you are visiting. Check the official immigration sites for the USA (ESTA/B2 visa), Canada (eTA), and Mexico (tourist visa) well in advance of your travel dates. GoalTrip does not process visas but can point you to the right resources.
